All duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nStage-Gate & Process Compliance Support\nSupport the operation and monitoring of Stage-Gate processes across projects\nTrack and verify whether required deliverables, assumptions, and approvals are properly completed at each stage\nSupport validation of RACI alignment across cross-functional teams\nIdentify gaps, misalignments, or process deviations and escalate appropriately\nIndependent Cross-Check & Validation\nPerform independent cross-checks on key project inputs, including:\nCost estimates and major CapEx assumptions\nProject schedules and milestone logic\nLong Lead Items (LLI) procurement plans\nSafe Harbor-related timing and risk considerations\nSupport of key risks, open items, and mitigation actions\nLong Lead Item & Risk Tracking\nAssist in tracking and reviewing critical long-lead equipment (e.g., MPTs, BESS, Breakers, HV equipment)\nMaintain visibility into procurement status, lead times, and execution risks\nSupport coordination between SCM, Pre-Con, PMO, and EPC teams to ensure alignment\nKPI & Operational Performance Monitoring\nSupport definition, tracking, and reporting of operational KPIs\nMonitor KPI performance and highlight trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities\n Cross-Functional Coordination\nAct as a coordination point between HQ and project teams to ensure information consistency\nSupport collaboration with EPC partners (including Qcells) through structured data and issue tracking\nExecutive & Management Reporting Support\nPrepare concise materials, summaries, and dashboards for COO and management meetings\nSupport issue tracking and follow-up to ensure action items are closed\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field\n5-8 years of experience EPC, or project-based organizations\nExposure to utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects preferred\nBasic understanding of:\nProject Lifecycle and Stage-Gate concepts\nCost, schedule, and risk management fundamentals\nLong Lead Item procurement and execution risks\nStrong analytical and documentation skills\nBilingual in Korean and English\nProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in Pre-Construction, Project Controls, PMO or Corporate Planning\nFamiliarity with Safe Harbor, ITC, or IRA-related considerations\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in matrix organizations\nPrior experience supporting executive-level reporting or governance processes\nCOMPENSATION: $140,000- $165,000 salary\nAttention external recruitment firms, we will not accept any unsolicited resumes at this time.
