Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.\nAbout the RoleAs our new ERP & Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, stability and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system. You will provide reliable technical support to our employees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance and continuously develop the system to meet evolving business needs.\nWith a solid understanding of our business processes, you will provide 1st and 2nd level application support, coordinate with external software vendors and work closely with different departments to implement new functionalities and improve existing solutions.\nBeyond ERP application management, you will also contribute to our digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities for business process optimization, data analytics and intelligent automation, including AI-supported solutions. You will help translate business requirements into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency, transparency and productivity across the organization.\nMain activities and responsibilities\nEnsure the stable operation, maintenance and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system.\nProvide 1st and 2nd level application support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate problem resolution with external software vendors.\nConfigure, customize and continuously improve ERP functionalities, interfaces and integrations based on business requirements.\nSupport system upgrades, testing, documentation, user training and the implementation of new functionalities.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, challenge existing workflows and optimize business processes.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for digitalization, workflow automation and AI-supported solutions.\nSupport data analytics, reporting and dashboard development to improve transparency and data-driven decision-making.\nWork closely with internal IT teams, infrastructure specialists and external partners to ensure secure, reliable and efficient system solutions. \nWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulAt least 2 years of experience with APPlus ERP or comparable ERP systems, ideally in a manufacturing environment.\nSolid understanding of ERP applications, business processes and system integrations.\nGood knowledge of IT principles, application management and troubleshooting.\nExperience with MS SQL and database management is an advantage.\nExperience in data analytics, business intelligence or reporting tools an advantage.\nKnowledge of workflow automation, AI applications or digital process optimization is highly valued.\nExperience working with Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Assembly departments is an advantage.\nFluent in German and English.\nProactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently while managing competing priorities.\nAble to combine technical expertise with a good understanding of business needs.\nOur OfferA highly technological and stimulating environment focused on innovation, experimentation and applied research\nMarket competitive compensation and flexible working time\nAn attractive welfare package\nA diverse and inclusive work environment aligned with Coesia values\nJoin the Team!Coesia is an equal opportunity employer.
