Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleAs our new ERP & Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, stability and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system. You will provide reliable technical support to our employees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance and continuously develop the system to meet evolving business needs.With a solid understanding of our business processes, you will provide 1st and 2nd level application support, coordinate with external software vendors and work closely with different departments to implement new functionalities and improve existing solutions.Beyond ERP application management, you will also contribute to our digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities for business process optimization, data analytics and intelligent automation, including AI-supported solutions. You will help translate business requirements into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency, transparency and productivity across the organization.Main activities and responsibilitiesEnsure the stable operation, maintenance and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system.Provide 1st and 2nd level application support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate problem resolution with external software vendors.Configure, customize and continuously improve ERP functionalities, interfaces and integrations based on business requirements.Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, user training and the implementation of new functionalities.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, challenge existing workflows and optimize business processes.Identify and implement opportunities for digitalization, workflow automation and AI-supported solutions.Support data analytics, reporting and dashboard development to improve transparency and data-driven decision-making.Work closely with internal IT teams, infrastructure specialists and external partners to ensure secure, reliable and efficient system solutions.
