define data architecture, modeling, and integration strategies.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and tuning of high-volume transactional data systems.\n\n- Contribute to Agile development practices under the SAFe framework, including PI planning, system demos, and retrospectives.\n\n- Act as a mentor and technical guide for mid- and junior-level engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- 7+ years of experience in data engineering within large-scale, enterprise environments.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle DB, MongoDB, ETL/ELT frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence tools (OBIEE, ODI, APEX).\n\n- Proficiency in data modeling, data optimization techniques, and performance tuning.\n\n- Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data security, and governance principles.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and processing.\n\n- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\n\n- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.\n\n- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate in cross-functional settings.\n\nDesired Skillset:\n\n- Familiarity with Kafka, event-driven architecture, or streaming platforms.\n\n- Working
