The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum execution, resource coordination, risk management, release management, and post-production stabilization.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM-based digital experience, website, CMS, and transformation projects from discovery through deployment and stabilization.\n\n- Own project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, deliverables, and overall delivery governance.\n\n- Coordinate AEM developers, architects, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, content, business, and support teams.\n\n- Manage AEM website redesigns, enhancements, migrations, content implementations, and digital experience initiatives.\n\n- Work with technical teams to understand AEM components, templates, DAM, integrations, environments, releases, and production dependencies.\n\n- Coordinate Figma/UI/UX handoffs and ensure business requirements are converted into actionable delivery plans.\n\n- Manage multi-region or multi-market AEM deployments and localized content rollouts where applicable.\n\n- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.\n\n- Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, blockers, and escalations.\n\n- Track sprint progress, velocity, release readiness, project health, quality, and delivery milestones.\n\n- Manage scope changes, priorities, resource allocation, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.\n\n- Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, senior stakeholders, Product Owners, business teams, and technical leadership.\n\n- Conduct project reviews, governance meetings, executive updates, stakeholder demos, and status reporting.\n\n- Manage external vendors and implementation partners, including deliverables, SLAs, dependencies, and escalations.\n\n- Lead release planning, deployment readiness, production releases, and post-release stabilization.\n\n- Coordinate incident, change management, and AEM AMS/Application Management Services activities where applicable.\n\n- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to production support and ongoing application management.\n\nWhat Were Looking For:\n\n- 8+ years of overall experience with strong Project/Program Management experience.\n\n- Proven experience managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects and digital transformation programs.\n\n- Strong understanding of AEM CMS, DAM, website delivery, content implementation, enhancements, and migrations.\n\n- Experience managing the complete AEM project lifecycle from requirements/discovery to deployment and stabilization.\n\n- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and working with cross-functional technology teams.\n\n- Excellent project planning, governance, delivery tracking, RAID management, and risk mitigation experience.\n\n- Strong client, stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.\n\n- Experience coordinating AEM Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and support teams.\n\n- Experience in release management, production readiness, stabilization, and AMS/support transition.\n\n- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, escalation management, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with AEM AMS / Application Management Services.\n\n- Experience managing global or multi-region AEM implementations.\n\n- Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target.\n\n- Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow.\n\n- Experience in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or large enterprise digital transformation programs.\n\n- CSM, PMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.\n\n- Basic understanding of cloud
