The ideal candidate will establish UKG Pro as the primary HR system of record, while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping.\n\nThis role requires strong UKG Pro functional knowledge, enterprise integration expertise, architecture governance capabilities, and experience leading global HR technology initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Define the target-state HCM architecture, system boundaries, ownership, integration standards, and solution design principles.\n\n- Establish UKG Pro as the authoritative source for employee and employment data.\n\n- Provide architectural oversight across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent Management, People Assist, Reporting, and Security.\n\n- Define and govern employee data exchange between UKG Pro, ADP Payroll, and Workday Timekeeping.\n\n- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP-based file transfers, middleware, iPaaS, and batch-processing mechanisms.\n\n- Ensure accurate and timely data flow throughout the employee lifecycle.\n\n- Define role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and sensitive employee data protection standards.\n\n- Lead architecture discovery, solution design, fit-gap analysis, implementation planning, and technical workshops.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 10+ years of experience in HCM, HR technology, and enterprise solution architecture.\n\n- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro experience.\n\n- Mandatory integration experience involving ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping.\n\n- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, data mapping, and reconciliation.\n\n- Proven experience in architecture governance and global HCM implementations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- UKG Pro Core HR or integration certifications.\n\n- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.\n\n- Knowledge of GDPR and regional HR data privacy requirements.\n\n- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science,
