environments.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and execute comprehensive test plans and automation scripts for L2/L3 networking features from scratch.\nDevelop and enhance test automation frameworks using Python, integrating with tools such as PyATS and Pytest (hands-on coding is mandatory).\nValidate protocols and features across L2 and L3 protocols (Mandatory).\nPerform validation across different layers of a Core / Edge router and Data Center switch.\nExecute system-level, regression, performance, and stress testing for high-throughput networking platforms.\nWorked on Cisco NxOS, IOS, XR, XE or equivalent NOS.\nAbility to validate merchant ASIC-based switches or platforms like Exablaze 3550\nValidate containerized network solutions using Docker and Linux OS.\nCollaborate with developers, support, and system architects to debug and resolve complex networking issues.\nParticipate in agile ceremonies, daily scrums, and sprint reviews for feature testing and delivery.\n\nRequirements: \n5-13 years of experience in network testing and automation.\nStrong hands-on experience in Python programming (Mandatory)\nProficiency in test automation tools and frameworks: Pytest and Robot Framework.\nSolid understanding and testing experience with Layer 2 VLAN, LACP, vPC, Spanning Tree (STP), VXLAN, MacSec, IPSec, NAT, Opes SSL, Layer 3 OSPF, BGP EVPN, Layer-3 virtualization, MPLS, Transport bridging, PBB, Others: DHCP, ACLs, QoS\nWorking knowledge of Linux OS and scripting.\nExperience in validating high-speed Ethernet interfaces (10/25/40/100 Gbps).\nFamiliarity with Cisco OS platforms (NX-OS, IOS, etc. ) and merchant silicon (ASICs)\nProven experience on Traffic testing and Validation (using IXIA, Trex) is mandatory\n\nDesirable Skills: \nExperience testing FPGA-based switches, SmartNICs, or custom hardware platforms.\nExposure to Exablaze 3550 or similar ultra-low latency networking products.\nExperience with containerization and testing in Docker-based environments.\nFamiliarity with XML configurations and automation workflows.\nKnowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD integration for test automation.\nSkills\nQA, network, python,
