In this role, you will work on voice bots, IVR flows, and AI-powered voice experiences, ensuring high reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.\nYou will collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Customer Success teams to deliver voice solutions that work well in real-world customer environments.\nRoles & Responsibility-\nBuild and maintain voice bots, IVR systems, and AI-driven call flows Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI capabilities Work on improving call accuracy, latency, and overall voice quality Build backend services to support voice and AI workflows\nIntegrate with telephony systems, CRMs, and third-party tools\nDebug and resolve voice-related issues in production\nSupport customer implementations and feature rollouts\nWhat We’re Looking For-\nMust have Strong experience with voice or telephony systems Hands-on backend development experience (Python / Node.js / Java) Experience working with APIs and cloud-based systems\nUnderstanding of conversational AI concepts (intents, flows, context)\nAbility to debug live production issues Good to have Experience with contact centre or customer support voice systems Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based features\nExperience working in SaaS or B2B products\nFamiliarity with multilingual or large-scale voice deployments\nTell me more about Haptik-\nOn a roll: Announced major strategic partnership in April 2019 with Jio in a $100 million deal.\nGreat team: You will be working with great leaders who have been listed in Business World 40 Under 40, Forbes 30 Under 30 and MIT 35 Under 35 Innovators.\nGreat culture: The freedom to think and innovate is something that defines the culture of Haptik.
