As the individual develops in the role, responsibilities will expand to include direct client engagement and leading client calls and meetings.\nThe associate will be one of four Client Engagement Associates supporting five National Account Managers and the Head of National Accounts. Although associates have significant autonomy in managing their responsibilities, they work collaboratively to support one another and ensure seamless coverage when a team member is out of the office.\nIn addition to direct contact with external clients and prospects, the Client Engagement Associate will partner closely with internal teams such as Field Sales, Marketing, Distribution Intelligence, Legal/Compliance, Investments, RFP, Operations, etc. in support of Harbor’s growth and relationship management priorities.\nThe Client Engagement Associate reports to the Head of National Accounts.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport National Account Managers (and the Head of National Accounts) with a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Planning, sales and service efforts related to Account and Opportunity Management\nExecution of client research and operational tasks\nSupport the tactical execution of defined Sales, Marketing and/or coordinated engagement campaigns\nAssist with the preparation of client reports and meeting materials\nMaintain data quality and sales pipeline hygiene\nOffer general organization support based on client needs and/or defined requests\nCoordinate internal resources as necessary (e.g. competitive analysis, RFPs/RFIs/Due Diligence Questionnaires, conference and sponsorship planning)\n\nKey Behavioral Expectations\nAgility and Adaptability\nDrives for Results\nCommunication and Engagement\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in asset management industry preferred\nFINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required\nDemonstrates professionalism and a strong client-first orientation\nDetail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills\nCollaborative team player with a positive attitude and the adaptability to thrive in a growing firm\nIntellectually curious and committed to continuous learning through both independent development and formal training\nDemonstrates sound judgment, integrity and accountability, including a willingness to acknowledge and learn from mistakes\nTechnologically proficient, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with ChatGPT\nExperience with Salesforce is a plus\nTravel, while relatively light, will be expected (approximately 3 times per year)\nCompensation Pay Range: $70,000 -
