This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community’s exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces while supporting the maintenance team with minor repairs, service requests, and unit turnovers. The position helps ensure a clean, welcoming environment that meets company standards for curb appeal and functionality.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.\nInspect and clean the property daily by removing litter, debris, pet droppings, and maintaining all common areas and amenities in a neat condition.\nRemove trash and remaining items from vacant units, clean storage areas, and assist with the “make-ready” process for new residents.\nSupport basic maintenance operations by completing routine service requests and assisting with minor repairs such as lock changes and gate maintenance.\nCollaborate with the maintenance team on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, raking, and salting as needed.\nMaintain and inventory all landscaping tools, groundskeeping equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are in good working condition.\nDistribute resident communications and notices as directed by property management.\nReport hazards, safety concerns, or potentially dangerous conditions promptly to supervisors.\nProvide excellent customer service by engaging respectfully with residents and responding appropriately to questions and concerns.\nParticipate in safety and risk management meetings and training in compliance with OSHA and company policies.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
