This role will focus on not only delivering projects on time and within budget but also ensuring the team is aligned, informed, and working efficiently. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project progress, managing team meetings, and providing regular reporting on team performance and project status. Job Requirements\nResponsibilities:\nProject Planning & Execution:\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.\n\nTeam Management & Coordination:\nLead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and timely execution of project tasks.\n\nRun regular team stand-ups, work planning sessions, and review meetings to ensure continuous progress and alignment.\n\nFoster a positive and productive team environment, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.\n\nTeam Reporting & Metrics:\nTrack and report on team progress, project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into team performance and project health.\n\nEstablish and maintain team performance metrics, including velocity, task completion rates, and quality standards.\n\nProvide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and achievements.\n\nRisk & Issue Management:\nIdentify potential risks and challenges to project timelines and objectives, and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nResolve any project issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow.\n\nStakeholder Communication:\nAct as the main point of contact between the project team and key stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project developments.\n\nProvide timely, clear, and transparent project status updates, and escalate any potential roadblocks or delays.\n\nQuality Control & Deliverables:\nEnsure that all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.\n\nOversee testing phases and ensure appropriate revisions are made when needed.\n\nDocumentation & Process Improvement:\nMaintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including plans, timelines, budgets, and meeting notes.\n\nContinuously evaluate project processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and results.\n\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nMinimum of 2 - 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Online Sports betting/Casino Industry.\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\n\nExperience in leading team meetings such as stand-ups, work planning sessions, and retrospectives.\n\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello and/or Monday).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.\n\nExperience in developing and tracking team performance metrics and KPIs.\n\nExperience working with contract and vendor management would be preferred\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
