transportation designs for new and rehabilitation roadway projects.\nAttend client project meetings, participate in proposals and presentations, manage project tasks and projects, and meet with regulatory agencies.\nCommunicate and coordinate effectively with other members of the design team.\nManage, train, and mentor less experienced engineers in the production of plans, specifications, and estimates.\nPerform project engineering responsibilities related to project communication, scheduling, budget, and progress across multiple concurrent tasks.\nAssist with local marketing efforts, including proposal preparation, professional chapter meetings, and municipal functions and meetings.\nRequirements\nFive to fifteen years of relevant highway, interchange, and roadway design experience.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain licensure within six months.\nFamiliarity with New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) design standards. \nDrainage design experience preferred.\nProficiency in Bentley CONNECT Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D.\nDetail-oriented, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong verbal and written communication
