The role focuses on designing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code solutions, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security integration, performance, and cloud cost management while collaborating with cross-functional technology teams.\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure\nManage and optimize cloud resources, networking, storage, identity, and compute services\nSupport enterprise cloud architecture initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts\nImplement highly available and resilient cloud solutions that align with organizational standards\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management\nImplement repeatable and scalable deployment patterns across environments\nDrive infrastructure standardization and process automation initiatives\nDesign, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines\nAutomate application build, testing, security validation, and deployment workflows\nImprove deployment efficiency, reliability, and release velocity\nPartner with development teams to implement DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle\nImplement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions across cloud infrastructure and applications\nDevelop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics to proactively identify issues\nUtilize centralized logging platforms to analyze system activity and troubleshoot incidents\nParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives\nApply cloud security best practices across infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines\nManage identity and access controls using RBAC and least-privilege principles\nEmbed security controls within DevOps workflows through Security as Code practices\nAutomate security scanning and compliance validation throughout the CI/CD lifecycle\nImplement security controls to protect sensitive enterprise data\nEnsure appropriate encryption and key management practices are enforced\nSupport data privacy, compliance, and governance requirements\nManage encryption for data both at rest and in transit using cloud-native technologies\nMonitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and spending\nIdentify opportunities to improve system performance and operational efficiency\nDesign solutions supporting scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery\nAnalyze cloud consumption and implement FinOps best practices\nChampion a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement\nPartner closely with developers, architects, security teams, and operations personnel\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives\nDrive adoption of DevOps best practices throughout the organization\n\nSkills\n* 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related technology discipline\n* Hands-on experience architecting, deploying, and managing enterprise cloud environments\n* Proven experience supporting production environments and mission-critical applications\n* Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional technology teams\n* GitHub\n* GitHub Actions\n* JFrog Artifactory\n* 7+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering experience\n* Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture\n* Expert-level Terraform experience\n* Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation\n* Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions\n* Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, and governance\n* Experience supporting enterprise production environments\n* Knowledge of serverless computing and cloud-native application architectures\n* Azure certifications such as:\n + Azure Solutions Architect Expert\n + Azure DevOps Engineer Expert\n + Azure Administrator Associate\n* Experience supporting Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory environments\n* Experience implementing FinOps strategies and cloud cost optimization initiatives\n* Experience integrating security tooling into CI/CD pipelines\n\nBenefits\nHybrid work arrangement\n\nCompany Overview\nHard Rock International (HRI) is one of the most globally recognized companies with venues in over 70 countries spanning 265 locations that include owned/licensed or managed Rock Shops®, Live Performance Venues and Cafes.
