Across Slots, Card & Table, and Arcade games, we are creating differentiated experiences that combine proven player appeal, outstanding creative execution, innovative mechanics, and the quality expected from the Hard Rock brand. You will have the opportunity to help shape games from the earliest concepts through launch, working with our internal Studio team and external development partners to create content that becomes an important part of the Hard Rock Bet Casino experience.

What’s the position?

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager / Associate Game Producer, Casino Games to help create the next generation of proprietary games for Hard Rock Bet Casino.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their casino gaming career who wants to develop across Product Management, Game Production, Game Design, Creative Development, and game performance.

Working closely with Senior Product Managers and Game Producers, you will help take games from concept through development, QA, certification, launch, and performance review.

Depending on Studio priorities and your experience, you may work across Slots, Card & Table, Arcade, or multiple game categories.

You will help coordinate internal teams, external game studios, artists, mathematicians, technical partners, QA, Compliance, and Release teams while learning how great casino games are designed, produced, launched, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Full Game Lifecycle: Help manage casino games from early concept through design, development, QA, certification, launch, and post launch review.

• Support Game Production: Maintain requirements, GDDs, development priorities, action items, game feedback, milestone plans, and production documentation.

• Own Defined Game Workstreams: Take responsibility for specific features, smaller projects, game variants, or titles under the guidance of senior Studio leaders.

• Contribute to Game Concepts: Research successful games, mechanics, themes, player behaviors, and industry trends to help identify new game opportunities.

• Support Creative Development: Participate in reviews of gameplay, art, animation, audio, UI/UX, features, and overall game presentation.

• Coordinate Development Partners: Work closely with external game studios and internal teams to track deliverables, feedback, decisions, and next steps.

• Support Game Quality: Play and review games throughout development, identify issues, provide structured feedback, and help ensure games meet Studio quality standards.

• Support Regulated Market Delivery: Help coordinate game documentation, testing, certification requirements, compliance feedback, and release readiness.

• Track Game Performance: Work with Analytics, Casino Product, and senior Studio team members to understand how games perform after launch and identify learnings for future development.

• Maintain Competitive Intelligence: Regularly play and analyze leading casino games and suppliers across Slots, Card & Table, and Arcade categories.

• Keep Projects Moving: Help maintain project trackers, timelines, decisions, risks, and dependencies while following up with stakeholders to keep delivery on schedule.

• Champion the Player Experience: Bring curiosity, player empathy, and attention to detail to every game.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about casino games and wants to build a career creating them.

You are curious about why games work, not just whether they are fun. You enjoy understanding mechanics, math, features, art, player behavior, user experience, and what makes one game perform better than another.

You are organized, proactive, comfortable receiving feedback, and eager to learn from experienced game producers, developers, artists, mathematicians, and product leaders. You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need strong ownership, attention to detail, curiosity, and a genuine desire to build great games.

You will:

• 3 years+ of experience in product management, game production, game development, casino content, gaming, or another relevant digital product environment.

• A strong interest in casino games, including Slots, Card & Table, Arcade, social casino, mobile games, or related gaming categories.

• Some understanding of the game or software development lifecycle from concept through testing and launch.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with creative, technical, mathematical, and business teams.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to play, review, test, and critique games throughout development.

• An analytical mindset with an interest in player behavior, game performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

• Ability to translate feedback and ideas into clear requirements, actions, or documentation.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, wireframing, analytics tools, game development tools, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Experience with regulated iCasino, social casino, mobile gaming, game development studios, or casino operations is a plus.

• A player first mindset, strong curiosity, creativity, and a desire to continually improve.

• A sense of humor and genuine passion for games.
