We’re taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space - ready to join us?\nWhat’s the position?\nJoin our Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where you'll transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.\nDesign and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports in Tableau tracking player behavior and wagering results across multiple states for both iGaming and Sportsbook verticals.\n\nConduct variance analysis on revenue trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.\n\nPartner with FP&A to forecast revenue performance and identify growth opportunities or risks.\n\nAnalyze player cohorts to identify behavioral trends and predict lifetime value opportunities.\n\nEnsure data quality and integrity of our revenue reporting while collaborating with our broader Finance and Accounting teams.\n\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or a related field\n\n2-3 years in Business Intelligence or Quantitative Analysis\n\nStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)\n\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation\n\nExperience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau\n\nStrong communication skills with ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nAbility to work in a team setting, while balancing multiple individual projects at any given time\n\nPreferred\nMasters Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field\n\nPrior Sportsbook/Casino/Online Gaming experience\n\nExposure to revenue recognition principles or FP&A processes\n\nExposure utilizing AI tools to assist or build more efficient work streams\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
