# Electronics Engineer - Sustaining

This role is for engineers who enjoy solving technical problems, working hands-on with hardware and seeing their work make a real difference to physical products. Our work supports defence and military applications, where reliability, performance and engineering quality are critical. You'll work with high-performance electronics, motor controllers and power systems built for demanding environments. As the Electronics Engineer - Sustaining, you'll help maintain and improve our existing product portfolio, ensuring our products continue to perform reliably as manufacturing scales. The work involves a range of technical challenges, from troubleshooting hardware issues and validating alternative components to making design improvements and developing manufacturing test equipment. You'll work closely with our engineering and production teams, gaining hands-on exposure to our products and helping ensure they meet the standards our customers expect.
