This work will be performed under direct supervision.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:\nFamiliarity with and utilization of department design and drafting standards.\n\nAssisting in developing conceptual layouts and studies as necessary to determine the simplest, most efficient approach to solving engineering tasks.\n\nAssisting in producing estimate level preliminary designs and material take-offs.\n\nAssisting in producing detail design calculations, spreadsheets, reports, drawings, and sketches for various projects.\n\nAssisting engineers and designers in resolving routine layout and detailing problems.\n\nThis position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including paid time off, health insurance benefits, and matching retirement contributions.\nIdeal Background\nEducation: Enrollment in an Associate degree program for design and drafting.
