This work will be performed under minimal supervision.\nWorking knowledge and understanding of rules, regulations, client and company requirements for Health and Safety including OSHA regulations.\nWorking knowledge of construction Safety principles and practices.\nAbility to lead a team to deliver on commitments.\nExtreme attention to detail.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and/or projects efficiently and effectively.\nAbility to perform work on an HSE project as directed, conduct required activities, maintain required documentation, and construct a meaningful report of activities.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.\nAbility to climb ladders or perform duties utilizing a safety harness while working at elevated heights.\nAbility to climb multiple flights of stairs while carrying equipment.\nAbility to perform work outdoors or in process units in hot or cold climates.\nAbility to perform duties within confined spaces for extended periods of time.\nAbility to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment such as a fire-retardant jumpsuit, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hat.\nOther:\nPer-diem at the going GSA rate is offered to those who qualify and can be discussed.\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
