Working under general supervision, you will serve as a key bridge between engineering, construction, and operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport development and execution of electrical and instrumentation commissioning plans\n\nCoordinate commissioning documentation across multiple projects\n\nWork with process instrumentation including: Pressure, flow, level, analytical instruments, control valves, MCCs, motors, and control systems.\n\nPerform and document instrument calibration activities\n\nSupport and document Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with OEMs\n\nVerify systems are tested in accordance with Design specification, Company engineering practices, and Industry standards\n\nIdentify and help resolve field issues during commissioning and startup\n\nCommunicate progress, risks, and status updates to project stakeholders\n\nAssist in estimating manpower and schedule requirements for commissioning activities\n\nInterface effectively with Engineers, Construction, Maintenance, Project Managers, and site leadership.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in industrial construction coordination, commissioning, or E&I field support.\n\nHands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation systems\n\nStrong understanding of industrial commissioning processes\n\nAbility to read and interpret engineering documents and specifications\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\n\nComfortable working in an active industrial environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is preferred, but not required\n\nExperience supporting power generation, manufacturing, chemical, or process facilities\n\nOEM FAT participation and commissioning documentation experience\n\nExperience coordinating across multi-discipline EPC project teams\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nOn-site industrial facility in New Johnsonville, TN\n\nAbility to walk, stand, and work in outdoor conditions (hot/cold climates)\n\nAbility to wear required PPE including FR clothing, hard hat, safety glasses, and hearing protection\n\n37134\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
