This role will report to the Site Facilities Manager and will work with various stakeholders to ensure business continuity by supporting day-to-day operational needs and project & initiative implementation.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nProvide support for IT/OT platforms and systems, coordinating with various stakeholders to meet business needs.\nWork to ensure proper functioning of equipment, devices, and digital systems at the site, including switches, servers, fiber optic systems, communication devices, cameras, wireless access points, firewalls, and other networking equipment/systems.\nCoordinate scope and manage third parties as needed as they perform IT/OT related work at the site.\nPerform routine maintenance and document status of systems and equipment.\nCollaborate with individual units within the site to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that involve greater site infrastructure.\nCoordinate with process automation security leads and provide support for automation security systems.\nProvide key input to the development of multi-year strategies for site infrastructure in support of both Business Unit and Site automation and digitalization.\nIdeal Background\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in technically aligned program (such as IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Engineering)\nCertification: No certification is required for this position.\nExperience: At least 2 years working with relevant information technology and/or operations technology systems.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nKnowledge and application of company standards.\nKnowledge and application of office administration procedures.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nProficient in the use of Newforma, Deltek Vision and other software as needed.\nExtreme attention to detail.\nExcellent proofreading and grammar.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality in all areas.\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment with extreme multi-tasking.\nAbility to prioritize effectively.\nAbility to accurately develop reports.\nAbility to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors.\nAbility to listen and ascertain the needs of leaders, teammates and clients, and proactively approach these needs to meet critical timelines.\nAbility to find and communicate accurate information.\nAbility to work flexible hours as needed.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
