If you thrive in a dynamic construction environment and bring a strong background in contractor oversight and field coordination, we want to hear from you.\nJob Summary: As a Field Representative, you will support construction management efforts onsite. You will oversee contractors, ensure project documentation compliance, and actively uphold safety and quality programs.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:\nSupport field coordination and contract administration for assigned project scope\nOversight of contractor activities and adherence to site safety procedures (including BBS, SWA, and SST programs)\nParticipate in quality surveillance and ensure implementation of site quality protocols\nLog daily progress and contractor interactions using project systems such as Unifier and CAMP\nAttend and contribute to required project meetings\nMonitor and verify construction activities align with technical documents, including drawings, specs, and general/special conditions\nFull turbine and generator replacement\nReplacement of all I&C systems using the onsite Hydro Generation model\nElectrical and mechanical balance of plant (BOP) upgrades\nCivil infrastructure improvements including head gates, trash racks, spillway gates, and powerhouse crane upgrades\nThis position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including paid time off, health insurance benefits, and matching retirement contributions.\nIdeal Background\nEducation: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
