{"id":2386643,"url":"https://alion.io/job/hargrove-engineers-constructors-warehouse-coordinator","title":"Warehouse Coordinator","company":{"id":1959309,"name":"Hargrove Engineers & Constructors","domain":"hargrove-epc.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/hargrove-epc","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workday","truth_index":null},"role":"Administrative","role_family":"Administrative","seniority":"senior","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"explicit","locations":["Memphis, United States"],"countries":["US"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":52000,"max_usd":105000,"period":"year","method":"role_seniority_country_remote_cell","sample_n":1405},"experience_years_min":6,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Outlook","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-12T20:21:12Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-12","last_verified_at":"2026-10-13T00:50:13Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":0,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":0},"description":"What You'll Be Doing\nJob Scope: Maintain organized work areas for the storage, receipt and distribution of materials & equipment & ensure materials are received/stored by work order number, are available when required, and issued by work order number using the material request sheet.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nORDERINGEnsure all materials called out in the job plans are properly ordered\nPerform weekly audits of the planning database vs orders placed to ensure orders are completed and timely\n\n RECEIPTSTrack the receipt of all long lead material\nReceive all overhaul materials & equipment\nAt one month prior to the overhaul, provide a report of all unreceived material to the Overhaul Manager\nSupport warehouse audits conducted by the Overhaul Manager and Overhaul Contractor Manager throughout the planning process\nCoordinate unloading of materials or equipment from delivery vehicles\nVerify that received materials are as ordered in relation to: specifications, quantity ordered vs. shipped, proper identification/markings, and material documentation\nAddress & resolve material discrepancies (shortage, over shipments, non-conformance) with purchasing & or suppliers\nIdentify materials by work order number (requisition number, purchase order number - if required) and stage and/or kit materials in appropriate staging areas\nUpdate the planning database to reflect receipt of material as it arrives\nFrequently audit material received vs. expected delivery dates on the purchase orders to identify any late-to-arrive material\nTrack daily the receipt of all SCR material\n\nDISTRIBUTIONCommunicate via radio specific material requirements, and coordinate deliveries to work areas\nOversee the distribute of all materials as they are requested for a given job plan/work order\nVerify all equipment is staged in accordance with the laydown map provided by the Overhaul Contractor Manager\nDistribute consumables (gaskets, bolting, and tube fittings) to the field as requested\nEnsure material boxes are only opened as needed, and that all unopened material is properly returned to the suppliers for credit. Provide a list of all material returned, completed with value of expected refund, to the Cost Manager\n\nIdeal Background\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is highly preferred.\nCertification: No certification is required for this position.\nExperience: This position requires 6 or more years of experience in providing administrative support, preferably in an industrial engineering environment.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nKnowledge and application of company standards.\nKnowledge and application of office administration procedures.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nProficient in the use of Newforma, Deltek Vision and other software as needed.\nExtreme attention to detail.\nExcellent proofreading and grammar.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality in all areas.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme multi-tasking.\nAbility to prioritize effectively.\nAbility to accurately develop reports.\nAbility to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors.\nAbility to listen and ascertain the needs of leaders, teammates and clients, and proactively approach these needs to meet critical timelines.\nAbility to find and communicate accurate information.\nAbility to work flexible hours as needed.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
