This work will be performed under general supervision in our Beaumont office.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nDocument management of electronic files for distribution which may include converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and/or copying. This requires the use of the Newforma Project Center (training provided).\nResearching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel.\nResponding to client requests of all types.\nGenerating activity reports as required by the project managers.\nAssisting the project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.\nIdeal Background\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.\nExperience: Requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge and application of company standards.\nKnowledge of engineering document control standards.\nKnowledge and understanding of construction plans and diagrams.\nKnowledge of large-scale scanner and plotter operation.\nAbility to organize effectively.\nExtreme attention to detail.\nExcellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Web Collaboration Tools and Adobe Acrobat.
