This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has experience identifying and attracting top talent for industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical positions.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing, with experience supporting multiple hiring managers and priorities simultaneously. Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry is highly preferred.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Recruiting Specialist, you will partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions across a multi-state organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.\n\nDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.\n\nCreate and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.\n\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\n\nUtilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements.\n\nScreen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration.\n\nCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.\n\nPrepare and extend employment offers.\n\nTrack recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.\n\nSupport university recruiting efforts, internship programs, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.\n\nMaintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.\n\nExperience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.\n\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.\n\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.\n\nAbility to travel as needed.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.\n\nPHR or SPHR certification.\n\nExperience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry.\n\nExperience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states and business locations.\n\nExperience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent.\n\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
