Work will be performed under general supervision.\nPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nProject Set up in accordance with Client requirements as outlined in Purchase Order/Work Order or as directed by Client.\n\nChange Order processing.\n\nCost reporting upon request.\n\nBilling clients according to billing schedules.\n\nReviewing teammate hours and comparing against client timesheets.If discrepancies arise, must be able to resolve quickly and correct.\n\nFiling documents electronically including client invoices and backup documents.\n\nUploading invoices into third party systems.\n\nReviewing teammate expense reports to ensure accuracy for billing purposes.\n\nMonitoring project costs to ensure purchase orders are not exceeded.\n\nFollow up on accounts receivable.\n\nIdeal Background\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Bachelor of Science degree is highly preferred.\nRegistration: No certification is required for this position\nExperience: This position requires up to 5 years of administration or billing experience\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nKnowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.\n\nWorking knowledge of billing clients and verifying timesheets.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExtreme attention to detail.\n\nUnderstanding of existing and potential customer deliverable expectations and preferences.\n\nAbility to set priorities.\n\nAbility to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality in all areas.\n\nConfident with using business management software.\n\nExcellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nAbility to listen and ascertain the needs of teammates.\n\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.\n\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
