teammate hours against client timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and make corrections\n File client invoices and backup documents electronically\n Upload invoices into third-party systems\n Review teammate expense reports for billing accuracy\n Monitor project costs to ensure purchase orders are not exceeded\n Follow up on accounts receivable\nRequirements:\n High School Diploma or equivalent is required\n Bachelor of Science degree is highly preferred\n No certification is required for this position\n Up to 5 years of administration or billing experience\n Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices\n Working knowledge of billing clients and verifying timesheets\n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n Extreme attention to detail\n Understanding of existing and potential customer deliverable expectations and preferences\n Ability to set priorities\n Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality in all areas\n Confident with using business management software\n Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written\n Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of
