scaling.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using foundation models and LLMs.\n\n- Build and optimize advanced RAG systems utilizing hybrid search, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and retrieval orchestration.\n\n- Develop prompt engineering frameworks, context management strategies, and memory architectures.\n\n- Implement LLM evaluation frameworks including automated testing, benchmark creation, hallucination detection, guardrails, safety controls, and model observability.\n\n- Design AI governance mechanisms including prompt versioning, output validation, security controls, and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Collaborate with platform teams to deploy GenAI workloads across cloud and on-premise environments.\n\n- Design, develop, and orchestrate autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.\n\n- Build robust tool-calling ecosystems integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications, search systems, and business workflows.\n\n- Perform end-to-end NLP solution development including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- 5 to 10 years of experience.\n\n- Btech in CS, Mtech in CS, Btech in IT, or Mtech in IT.\n\n- Proficiency in Gen AI.\n\n- Expertise in Python.\n\n- Strong communication, documentation, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Capability for independent design, build, deploy, and scale solutions.\n\n- Strong engineering discipline and focus on production readiness.\n\nNice to Have:\n\n- MLflow.\n\n-
