Working with or multi-disciplinary group of designers to craft the brand, web, creative direction, packaging, retail and more. You care deeply about craft and branding and are capable of working at both a high level and with incredible detail. \nYou will help define the narrative of hark, while also ensuring that the execution of every detail meets our standards, from ideation to the way people see it in the world. \nYou are deeply ingrained into the culture of the world, care about the mission, creatively curious and love the craft of design.\nResponsibilities\nLeading brand at Hark\nRequirements\nYou have 10+ years of experience on brand building and brand design across a variety of categories.\nExperience in crafting thoughtful, beautiful brand visuals, films and guidelines.\nAre able to clearly communicate these concepts through a variety of ways to the team. You're highly skilled in being able to visualise the work to keep the direction moving.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, internally and externally.\nYou love the design process\nExperience hiring and growing talent.\nCompensation\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $300,000 annually.\nThe pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role.
