While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world.\nTo get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales to build Hark's commercial partner network. \nResponsibilities\nSource, pitch, and close enterprise partnerships with major brands, retailers, and platforms.\nOwn every contract negotiation end to end, from first terms to signature.\nBuild and manage a pipeline from first outreach through close, with clear forecasting.\nWork with Legal, Product, and Engineering to structure deals Hark can launch and scale fast.\nTurn what you learn in the market into feedback that shapes Hark's product and commercial strategy.\nRequirements\n5+ years closing deals with large companies, in partnerships, business development, or sales.\nA track record of sourcing and closing net-new deals yourself, not just managing existing accounts.\nStrong negotiator who is comfortable owning commercial terms and redlines.\nExperience selling into retail, e-commerce, travel, or consumer brands.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and moving at startup speed.\nBonus Qualifications\nExperience with performance-based or revenue-share partner models.\nPartnerships experience at a consumer tech, marketplace, or payments company.\nAn existing network across major brands and retailers.\nCompensation\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $300,000 annually.\nThe pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role.
