The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all goods are properly received, stored, and shipped according to customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment. \nResponsibilities\nShipping Responsibilities\nPrepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.\nVerify and label shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and carrier requirements.\nSchedule pickups and coordinate with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL/FTL)\nMonitor outgoing shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays\nMaintain accurate shipping records and update tracking information\nReceiving Responsibilities\nAccept and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition\nGenerate shipping labels, bills of lading, and tracking information\nUnload and properly store received materials in designated warehouse locations\nCommunicate with relevant departments on received goods\nWarehouse Operations Management\nOwn day-to-day warehouse operations, maintain an organized and clean space\nAssist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock audits\nOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks \nFollow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies \nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or above is required\nExperience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred\nKnowledge of shipping carriers, logistics, and inventory management systems\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a warehouse setting\nStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask\nDemonstrates honesty, integrity, and strong work ethics, and handles company inventory and customer information with trust\nResponsible and dependable, taking ownership of assigned tasks and meeting daily shipping cut-off time\nCareful and meticulous, with a strong focus on accuracy and safe handling of packages \nBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google sheets, shipping software, ERP/WMS experience preferred)\nForklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nCompensation\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000 - $120,000 annually.\nThe pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
