We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and commercially minded Marketing & Business Development Professional with 5-10 years of proven experience in the chemical import and export industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of developing domestic and international markets, generating profitable business, and building long-term customer relationships across a wide range of industries.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a highly self-motivated professional capable of independently identifying business opportunities, driving sustainable sales growth, and making a significant contribution to the company's revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international and domestic business development for chemical products across diverse industries.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
• Generate sustainable sales growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers, distributors, traders, and industrial customers.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies while identifying new product and business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape effective business strategies.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and business objectives.

Your profile

• 5-10 years of proven experience in chemical import/export, international sales, B2B business development, or commercial marketing within the chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• An established network within the chemical industry is a distinct advantage.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on revenue growth, profitability, and customer value.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
