transforming complex customer and platform requirements into modular, configurable, plug-and-play software components that are easy to integrate, maintain, and scale across different vehicle programs.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nDrive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features across multiple automotive infotainment programs.\nOwn program tracking, milestone management, feature readiness, and delivery commitments aligned to customer and project timelines.\nCoordinate with development, validation, platform, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely feature execution and issue resolution.\nRepresent connectivity program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in internal, customer, and leadership reviews.\nMonitor feature progress, defect trends, and release readiness through project dashboards and actionable metrics.\nEnsure feature planning, backlog management, and Functional Product Documentation (FPD) availability in alignment with program milestones.\nLead Agile execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily execution tracking.\nDrive defect triage, prioritization, and closure activities while ensuring timely resolution of critical program issues.\nWork closely with local and global teams to debug complex system-level issues and remove delivery roadblocks.\nCollaborate with customers, chipset vendors, and internal stakeholders to align technical expectations and program deliverables.\nSupport new business opportunities by participating in RFQs, effort estimations, solution reviews, and technical discussions.\nIdentify program risks, technical dependencies, and resource constraints early, and drive mitigation plans proactively.\nEnsure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), Agile processes, and Harman software development best practices throughout the project lifecycle.\nContribute to continuous improvement by driving process optimization, delivery efficiency, and reusable connectivity assets across programs.\nProvide clear and timely communication of project status, key decisions, and execution plans to stakeholders at all levels.\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nBachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n7 to 10 years of experience in Automotive Software Development, Technical Program Management, Project Coordination, or Technical Project Management roles.\nHands-on experience with project management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, ELVIS, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi technologies, automotive connectivity use cases, and infotainment systems.\nGood knowledge of Android and Android Automotive OS (AAOS) architecture, along with the infotainment software development lifecycle.\nExperience working in Agile development environments, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Scrum ceremonies, and release management.\nGood understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), software development processes, and quality compliance requirements.\nProven experience in feature tracking, milestone planning, First Pass Delivery (FPD) management, dependency management, and overall program execution.\nExpertise in project status reporting, dashboard creation, risk management, issue tracking, and preparation of leadership and customer presentations.\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across platform, product, project, development, and validation teams.\nExperience collaborating with globally distributed teams and driving issue resolution through cross-functional engagement.\nExposure to board bring-up activities, hardware debugging, and system-level troubleshooting.\nWorking knowledge of automotive application processors and SoCs such as Qualcomm, Exynos, NXP, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of networking concepts, serial communication protocols, storage subsystems, and embedded software architectures.\nExperience supporting RFQ activities, effort estimation, project planning, technical reviews, and execution tracking.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical and program status updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.\nDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and execution excellence, with a strong focus on meeting delivery commitments while adhering to established processes and quality standards.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nWorked in SAFe Agile environment.
