You’ll work across key automotive connectivity domains including V2X, security, emergency call, vehicle connectivity, and platform services, building technologies that can be leveraged across multiple global OEM programs.\nYou’ll work with a product mindset - transforming complex customer and platform requirements into modular, configurable, plug-and-play software components that are easy to integrate, maintain, and scale across different vehicle programs.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nUnderstand product owner’s requirements for various TCU software components and translate them into clear, reusable, and scalable software solutions.\nAnalyze existing OEM requirements across customer programs to identify common features, reusable platform capabilities, and product-level design opportunities.\nDesign and implement modular embedded software components using Embedded C/C++ on Embedded Linux-based TCU platforms.\nWork on platform areas such as connectivity, TCP/IP networking, V2X, eCall, security, diagnostics, OTA, and other TCU services.\nApply ASPICE-aligned engineering practices, including requirement analysis, traceability, software design, implementation, code reviews, unit testing, and verification.\nEnsure software quality through debugging, root cause analysis, unit testing, issue fixing, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.\nUse tools and workflows such as Git/GitHub/Gerrit, Make/CMake, shell scripting, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and collaboration.\nSupport integration of reusable software components into OEM customer programs by making them configurable, maintainable, and easy to configure and integrate.\nGuide and support team members through technical discussions, design reviews, issue analysis, implementation guidance, and best-practice adoption.\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nStrong hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++ and Embedded Linux software development.\nGood understanding of Linux device driver basics, multi-threading, IPC, and TCP/IP networking.\nExperience with Git/GitHub/Gerrit, code reviews, and collaborative software development workflows.\nAbility to debug complex embedded software issues and perform effective root cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with Make/CMake build systems and Bash scripting for development and automation.\nAbility to understand requirements, design reusable software components, and ensure quality through reviews, traceability, unit testing, and verification.\nClear communication and collaboration skills to work with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and customer-facing project teams.\nWe see AI as an important part of how work gets done.
