You will leverage enterprise AI platforms, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and emerging AI technologies to deliver secure, auditable, and scalable solutions aligned with business processes and governance requirements. This role requires deep expertise in AI application development combined with strong business acumen to translate operational needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. You will work independently on complex initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.\nYour Team\nYou will be an individual contributor collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, platform teams, data teams, security teams, and application developers to design and deploy AI applications and intelligent workflows. While you will not have direct people management responsibilities, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders to drive AI adoption and business value across the organization.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy business-specific AI applications, copilots, and intelligent workflows using enterprise AI platforms and Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\nBuild constrained, tool-using AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, knowledge repositories, and business applications.\n\nTranslate business processes, operational requirements, and user journeys into scalable AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value.\n\nConfigure and implement out-of-the-box AI capabilities and copilots to meet functional and operational business needs.\n\nEstablish evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and monitoring processes to ensure AI solutions are accurate, reliable, auditable, and compliant.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and recommend AI-enabled process improvements.\n\nCollaborate with platform, security, architecture, data, and governance teams to ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards and responsible AI principles.\n\nLead AI application projects with moderate complexity and cross-functional impact, driving delivery from concept through production deployment.\n\nDevelop reusable AI workflows, prompts, agent templates, integration patterns, and best practices to accelerate adoption across the organization.\n\nMonitor production AI solutions, analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize business outcomes and user experience.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, providing recommendations for adoption and innovation opportunities.\n\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline, with 6+ years of experience in software, application, automation, or AI solution development.\n\nSpecialized expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions using enterprise AI platforms and Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\nStrong understanding of business process analysis, AI solution architecture, API integrations, enterprise systems, and the application of AI to solve complex business challenges.\n\nExperience implementing AI governance, evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, monitoring, and auditability controls to ensure reliable and responsible AI solutions.\n\nProven ability to independently lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS AI/ML services, and related cloud-native technologies used to develop, deploy, and operate enterprise AI applications and agents.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nMaster’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.\n\nCertifications in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Engineer, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or similar AI technologies.\n\nExperience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, model evaluation, observability, and auditability frameworks.\n\nExperience delivering AI solutions in global, cross-functional organizations and enterprise-scale environments.\n\nThings To Know\nBe willing to travel up to 10%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel.\n\nWhat You Can Expect\nA hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration, with most office-based roles onsite three days a week. \nAccess to employee discounts on world-class HARMAN and Samsung products (JBL, Harman Kardon, AKG and others).\nLearning and development opportunities through our award-winning HARMAN University programs \nAn inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development\nWork on best-in-class emerging technologies and an atmosphere that motivates you to give your best.\nHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
