You will build and support platform services, frameworks, and integrations that enable the scalable deployment of AI applications, agents, and workflows across the organization. This role requires strong expertisein cloud platforms, platform engineering, security, and productionAI operations to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and governance. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver robust platform capabilities that accelerate enterprise AI adoption.\nYour Team\nYou will be a senior individual contributor collaborating with AI architects, platform engineers, product owners, security teams, data engineers, and application developers to build, operate, and continuously improve HARMAN’s enterprise AI platform ecosystem.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nImplement and support MLOps and LLMOps processes, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, lifecycle management, and operational governance.\n\nEnsure platform solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, reliability, observability, and performance.\n\nCollaborate with data, security, and architecture teams to implement governance controls, access management, and compliance requirements.\n\nMonitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and drive continuous operational improvements.\n\nContribute to platform documentation, technical standards, reusable assets, and engineering best practices.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve platform capabilities and developer experience.\n\nDevelop, deploy, and maintain enterprise AI platform components, services, APIs, and integrations that support AI applications and agent-based solutions.\n\nExecute platform architecture designs and implement reusable platform capabilities aligned with enterprise standards and reference architectures.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and deployment processes supporting AI workloads and platform services.\n\nPerform testing, validation, and operational readiness assessments for platform modules, services, and integrations.\n\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, software engineering, or related disciplines.\n\nStrong experience developing and operating cloud-native platforms using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar enterprise cloud environments.\n\nHands-on experience with MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and production deployment practices.\n\nStrong understanding of platform security, identity and access management, observability, monitoring, and security-by-design principles.\n\nKnowledge of data governance, enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and scalable platform architectures supporting AI and data-driven solutions.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nExperience supporting enterprise AI platforms, agent-based systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or generative AI workloads.\n\nCertifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, Security, or related cloud technologies.\n\nExperience with vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, model serving platforms, and modern AI development ecosystems.\n\nExperience working in large, global organizations with distributed engineering and operations teams.\n\nThings To Know\nBe willing to travel up to 25%, domestic only ORdomestic and international travel.\n\nWhat You Can Expect\nA hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration, with most office-based roles onsite three days a week.\n\nAccess to employee discounts on world-class HARMAN and Samsung products (JBL, Harman Kardon, AKG and others).\n\nLearning and development opportunities through our award-winning HARMAN University programs\n\nAn inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development\n\nWork on best-in-class emerging technologies and an atmosphere that motivates you to give your best.\n\nHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
