This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that strengthen the organization's security posture, reduce cyber risk, and support business objectives. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Engineering, and business stakeholders, you will coordinate enterprise-wide security initiatives ranging from infrastructure hardening to deployment of new security technologies. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with HARMAN's cybersecurity strategy and governance standards.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise cybersecurity projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.\nManage a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives, including infrastructure hardening, security tool deployments, vulnerability remediation programs, penetration testing engagements, compliance initiatives, and security modernization efforts.\nDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, risk registers, and executive status reporting for multiple concurrent projects.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, End User Services, Engineering, Procurement, and business organizations to achieve project objectives.\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.\nPartner with cybersecurity architects and technical leads to translate business and security requirements into executable project plans.\nCoordinate internal and third-party penetration testing activities, ensuring findings are tracked, prioritized, remediated, and validated.\nOversee the implementation of new cybersecurity technologies, ensuring successful integration into existing operational environments.\nEstablish project governance, communication plans, and executive reporting to provide visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.\nManage relationships with technology vendors, consulting partners, and third-party service providers supporting cybersecurity initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement of cybersecurity project management processes, standards, and delivery methodologies.\nEnsure project deliverables align with HARMAN's cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects within enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability management, infrastructure hardening, identity security, cloud security, security operations, and risk management.\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.\nExperience managing cybersecurity technology implementations, infrastructure modernization projects, or enterprise security programs.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.\nAbility to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing business priorities.\nExperience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interactions with senior leadership.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and drive successful project outcomes.\nBonus Points if You Have\nProject Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar cybersecurity certification.\nExperience delivering Microsoft security, cloud security, identity, or endpoint security projects.\nExperience managing enterprise penetration testing, vulnerability management, or security compliance initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nExperience supporting cybersecurity programs within large multinational organizations.\nThings To Know\nThis role is based in Łódź, Poland and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in our Łódź office.\nWhat You Can Expect\nA hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration, with most office-based roles onsite three days a week.\nAccess to employee discounts on HARMAN and Samsung products (including JBL, Harman / Kardon, AKG, and others)\nLearning and development opportunities through our award-winning HARMAN University programs\nWellness benefits designed to support your overall well-being\nTuition reimbursement support\nAccess to the HARMAN campus fitness center and cafeteria, where available\nAn inclusive and diverse work environment that supports both your professional and personal development\nHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
