You will act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to employee engagement, recruitment activities, workforce administration and HR projects.\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the employee’s experience and business success.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact:\nProvide comprehensive operational HR support for employees and managers across HARMAN Lifestyle Hungary locations (Pécs, Budapest and Székesfehérvár).\nManage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data changes, transfers and offboarding activities.\nSupport employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and case management in line with company policies and labour legislation.\nLead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for blue-collar positions, including coordinating and conducting assessment centers and related administration.\nMaintain close cooperation with recruitment agencies, staffing partners and external service providers.\nLead and support internal and external employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employee engagement events to strengthen HARMAN's employer brand and attract top talent.\nPrepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and support workforce-related data analysis.\nPerform HR administration activities in Workday, ServiceNow and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.\nParticipate in local and global HR projects aimed at improving people processes and employee experience.\nCoordinate and manage internal HR communications to ensure transparent and effective information sharing across the organization.\nCollaborate closely with managers and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness.\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\nWorking knowledge of English and fluent Hungarian language skills.\nAbility to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.\nBonus Points if You Have:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.\nStrong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and HR processes.\nExperience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HRIS platforms.\nKnowledge of international HR practices and working within a multinational environment.\nExperience supporting multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams.\nWhat You Can Expect:\nA hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration, with most office-based roles onsite three days a week.\nAccess to employee discounts on HARMAN and Samsung products (including JBL, Harman / Kardon, AKG, and others)\nLearning and development opportunities through our award-winning HARMAN University programs\nWellness benefits designed to support your overall well-being\nTuition reimbursement support\nAccess to the HARMAN campus fitness center and cafeteria, where available\nAn inclusive and diverse work environment that supports both your professional and personal development\nHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
