The intern will assist project managers in sample tracking, material management, document control, and project coordination tasks to ensure efficient project execution and smooth team operations.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced automotive electronics environment.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nSample Management\nMaintain sample inventory records and tracking status.\nCoordinate sample shipment, receipt, distribution, and return activities.\nFollow up on sample requests from internal teams and customers.\nEnsure sample-related documentation is updated and properly archived.\nMaterial Management\nSupport material ordering, tracking, and inventory monitoring.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Program teams to track material availability.\nAssist in preparing material status reports and shortage summaries.\nMaintain accurate material-related records and databases.\nDocument Management\nOrganize and manage project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, customer documents, and engineering reports.\nEnsure project files are properly maintained in shared folders and collaboration tools.\nSupport document version control and archive management.\nProject & Administrative Support\nPrepare meeting materials, presentations, and status reports.\nAssist project managers in tracking action items and project milestones.\nSupport data collection and reporting activities.\nPerform miscellaneous coordination and administrative tasks to support program execution.\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nBachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.\nAvailable to work on-site 3-5 days per week.\nInternship duration of 6+ months preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and good organizational skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.\nSelf-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nWe see AI as an important part of how work gets done.
