You will define the integration strategy while actively designing and delivering solutions using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and API Management, as well as leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will establish reusable integration patterns and architectures that enable secure, scalable, and standardized connectivity, reduce technical debt, and support event-driven architectures. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering, driving standardization, developing talent, and improving operational excellence through effective KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration initiatives from discovery through operations, ensuring successful implementation and support.\n\nDesign and implement scalable integrations using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and BTP capabilities.\n\nDefine and enforce integration strategies by selecting appropriate patterns (API, event-driven, batch, IDoc) based on business needs.\n\nEstablish and maintain reusable integration assets, templates, and standards to drive efficiency and consistency.\n\nDevelop and evolve enterprise integration architecture and reference patterns across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.\n\nBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing integration development team, fostering strong engineering and Agile practices.\n\nDefine and govern API standards, lifecycle management, and enable event-driven integration approaches for scalability.\n\nDrive operational excellence through defined KPIs, monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement of integration reliability.\n\nEnsure robust security, compliance, and risk management practices across all integration solutions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with business goals, improve scalability, and reduce technical debt.\n\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite and SAP API Management, including modern integration patterns and governance.\n\nDemonstrated experience in designing secure, scalable, and resilient integration architectures in hybrid landscapes (SAP + non-SAP).\n\nSolid understanding of integration operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, and production support models.\n\nFamiliarity with Clean Core-aligned integration and extension approaches.\n\nExperience in people leadership, managing and mentoring developers (or strong lead experience with clear ownership of team delivery).\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and drive alignment across teams.\n\nWe see AI as an important part of how work gets done.
