You will define process mining methodologies, establish AI-native workflow design standards, and develop process baselines that enable data-driven optimization and automation opportunities. This role combines process architecture, analytics, and transformation expertise to uncover inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and support the successful handoff of improvement opportunities to divisional AX teams for implementation. You will work across business and technology functions to drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and business outcomes.\nYour Team\nYou will be a senior individual contributor partnering with business process owners, divisional AX teams, operational leaders, data analysts, and transformation stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, redesign workflows, and enable scalable process improvements across the enterprise.\nHowYou’llMakeAnImpact\nDefine and maintain enterprise standards for process mining, workflow analysis, process documentation, and AI-native workflow design.\n\nConduct process mining and data-driven assessments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, process variations, and automation opportunities.\n\nEstablish process baseline requirements, performance measures, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nDesign future-state workflows that leverage AI, automation, and digital capabilities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.\n\nDevelop process architectures, value-stream maps, operating models, and workflow blueprints that support enterprise transformation efforts.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and prioritize opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.\n\nFacilitate process redesign workshops, stakeholder reviews, and change discussions to drive alignment on future-state solutions.\n\nCollaborate with divisional AX teams to transition approved opportunities into implementation backlogs and execution plans.\n\nDevelop reporting, dashboards, and insights that measure process performance, adoption, and realized improvements.\n\nContinuously improve process mining methodologies, workflow design standards, and transformation practices across the organization.\n\nWhatMakes YouAStrong Fit\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in process improvement, process mining, operational excellence, business transformation, or related disciplines.\n\nStrong expertise in process mining, workflow analysis, process architecture, value-stream mapping, and business process redesign methodologies.\n\nExperience applying Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence principles to drive measurable business outcomes.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive organizational change through process transformation efforts.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nCertifications in Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, Business Process Management (BPM), Change Management, or related disciplines.\n\nExperience with process mining platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, Microsoft Process Advisor, UiPath Process Mining, or similar tools.\n\nExperience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization initiatives.\n\nExperience working in global, matrixed organizations with complex operational and business processes.\n\nWhat You Can Expect\nA hybrid work environment that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration, with most office-based roles onsite three days a week.\n\nAccess to employee discounts on world-class HARMAN and Samsung products (JBL, Harman Kardon, AKG and others).\n\nLearning and development opportunities through our award-winning HARMAN University programs\n\nAn inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development\n\nWork on best-in-class emerging technologies and an atmosphere that motivates you to give your best.\n\nHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
