He or she ensures the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the documented information in accordance with internal BMS requirements, customer requirements, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. The Document Control Analyst is the designated representative for the Querétaro site. This role supports the company’s compliance with the records retention policy, protects information, and retrieves data\neffectively.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nSupervise document control specialist team.\nAs a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee attending the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).\nHow You’ll Make An Impact\nAdministration of HARMAN's Quality Management System (Business Management System).\nReceives and processes DCRs (document control requests) to handle the review and modification of documents.\nSupport for local process owners in creating process documentation to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, specific customer requirements, and ISO 14001.\nEnsures that local QMS documentation complies with global QMS requirements.\nResponsible for verifying, issuing, and distributing the relevant QMS documents that properly complete the document control process.\nLocal BM representative to serve as the point of contact between the local BMS and the local process expert.\nResponsible for the migration and integration of local processes into BMS.\nIdentifying on-site employees' process-related training needs and taking local requirements into account.\nSupport local process experts in carrying out their process responsibilities.\nTraining and support for local employees and process owners in document control and record-keeping procedures.\nAssistance with internal and external audits.\nMonitors and reports monthly on the performance of the local document control process.\nIdentify and log issues related to QMS documentation.\nInitiate, recommend, or provide solutions through the established communication channels for documentation issues.\nManage the record control process.\nTrack documentation received from external sources.\nManage document archive control.\nWhat Makes You A Strong Fit\nCore competencies: Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork & Respect, Excellence.\nHigh School Diploma or Technical Degree.\n3 years of experience in similar role.\nKnowledge of Quality Systems (documentation and records).\nExpert in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.\nCommunication Skills (Oral and Written).\nAnalyze, Plan, Organize, Diagnose.\nManagement Skills.\nInitiative.\nBilingual communication skills (spoken and written) in English: 70%.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nProcesses mapping and development.\nAble to plan and organize.\nKnowledge in continuous improvement, total quality philosophies.\nThings To Know\nBe willing to work in an office and manufacturing facility, in Queretaro.\nSuccessfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.\nWhat You Can Expect\nAccess to employee discounts on HARMAN and Samsung products (including JBL, Harman / Kardon, AKG, and others)\nLearning and development opportunities through our award-winning HARMAN University programs\nWellness benefits designed to support your overall well-being\nAn inclusive and diverse work environment that supports both your professional and personal development\nHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
