This role is critical to delivering scalable, high-performance digital supply chain solutions that drive value for our global customers. The role also serves as a Product Owner, responsible for defining, designing, and delivering digital products (applications) that support SIOP/SIOE planning processes. This position partners closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure products deliver measurable value and meet business requirements.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Control Tower), CPI-DS/SDI integrations, and a strong passion for solving complex business problems through digital planning transformations.\nWhat You Will Do\nEngage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements.\n\nTranslate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.\n\nDevelop test scenarios and support testing to ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations.\n\nServe as an embedded member of a Scrum team, supporting developers and testers throughout each sprint.\n\nOwn and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for sprint planning and refinement.\n\nValidate that delivered features provide measurable business value and align with the overall product vision.\n\nSupport development teams during build, testing, deployment, and hyper care phases.\n\nMaintain product documentation, workflows, and release notes.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You Need to Be Successful\n6+ years of total SAP experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience.\n\nStrong experience with SAP IBP modules, particularly Demand, Supply, and Inventory.\n\nProficiency in integrating SAP IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA using CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS.\n\nIn-depth understanding of supply chain planning processes, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.\n\nAbility to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data.\n\nHands-on experience with SAP IBP Excel UI and Fiori Launchpad.\n\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.\n\nExperience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a technical environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.\n\nExperience working with enterprise applications, data flows, and system behaviour.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.\n\nSAP IBP certification.\n\nExposure to SAP APO, SNP, BW, or other legacy planning tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG domains.\n\nKnowledge of data modeling, analytics, or reporting within SAP IBP.\n\nWhat Makes You Eligible\nThis position requires up to 20% of travel.\n\nBe willing to work in Bangalore, INDIA.\n\nWillingness to work flexible hours aligned with client time zones\n\nThis position operates within the standard 9-to-5 working hours adjusted to the client's time zone.
