You lead the optimization and streamlining reliability related workflows within the company globally and coordinate research resources in the team. You will report to the Director of the team for “Global Innovative Concepts Product Reliability.”\nHow You'll Make An Impact\nTechnical and disciplinary leadership of the Tool Test Rack (TTR) Development Team.\nOverall technical responsibility for the development and deployment of test rack solutions.\nPlanning and management of projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.\nCreation and monitoring of project plans, budgets and milestones.\nEnsure efficient use of resources and capacity.\nIdentification and management of technical risks.\nCoordination of external suppliers and development partners.\nEnsuring compliance with technical requirements, standards and safety regulations.\nCoordination of technical requirements with internal customers and external partners.\nPresentation of project progress and technical concepts at management level.\nPromotion of an innovation- and quality-oriented team culture.\nEnsuring complete technical documentation.\nSupport for quality, audit, and compliance requirements.\nKey figure tracking and database maintenance.\nCooperation with the Global TTR Team.\nStrategic development of the test infrastructure as well as the development processes and standards.\nControl the integration of measurement, control and data acquisition systems.\nSupport for technical reviews and design decisions.\nWhat Makes You a Strong Fit\nMinimum of Master’s degree in engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar).\nMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, experience in product quality, product lifecycle and development.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nExperience in project management as well as lean and agile methods.\nStructured and result-oriented working style, awareness for costs, time planning and quality in projects, as well as passion for new technologies.\nVery good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially MS Project.\nStrategic and entrepreneurial thinking.\nDecisiveness and result orientation.\nHigh customer and quality orientation.\nExperience in mentoring and teaching technical knowledge to colleagues.\nHigh analytical skills while solving complex problems.\nAbility to work in a team with intercultural communication skills (national and international and interdisciplinary).\nBusiness fluent in Hungarian and English.\nWe see AI as an important part of how work gets done.
