When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you’ll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.\nAbout the Role\nThis position is mainly responsible for fixture development and design of new products and the performance verification of fixture.\nFixture continuous improvement and standardize the design of similar fixtures and file the drawings/documents.\nWhat You Will Do\nResponsible for fixture design and development for new product independently.\nOptimization and improvement of SOP fixture\nStandardized design of similar fixtures\nDeal with fixture problems in production process in time.\nCommunicate effectively with other departments\nWhat You Need to Be Successful\nEducation: Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.\nExperience: At least 5+ years of experience in engineering background, transducer experience in priority. \nUse Solidworks/Auto CAD/office software (Word, Excel, PPT) well.\nFamiliar with fixture design that uses a variety of materials and mechanisms\nBe familiar with the working theory for common equipment.\nCapability to work independently\nMust be fluent in speaking and written in English.\n\nBonus Points if You Have\nExperience in speaker production\nFamiliar with factory audit process\nRich experience on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing\nWilling to learn\nWhat Makes You Eligible\nBe willing to OT arrangement and higher work loading during new project launch.\n\nBe willing to variant work tasks under the pressure.\nMore positive to adopt the changing to meet company target.\nHARMAN will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
