We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.\nAbout the Role\nAs Accounts Payable Specialist, you own the supplier-to-payment cycle for Harmattan AI's entities. You will build and improve AP processes rather than just run them. Working closely with Finance, Procurement and cost center managers, you keep supplier payments reliable and controls strong as the company's volumes and entities grow.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the full supplier-to-payment cycle, from invoice receipt and coding to approval and payment.\n\nPerform three-way matching and resolve mismatches with Procurement and Operations.\n\nPrepare and validate payment runs (SEPA and international) in line with due dates and cash planning.\n\nReconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies or unallocated payments.\n\nAnswer supplier queries on payment status and disputes, verifying bank detail changes before any update.\n\nImprove invoice capture, approval workflows and reporting, and drive AP automation.\n\nStrengthen internal controls and fraud prevention across the AP process.\n\nKeep AP records and procedures documented to support audits and French accounting compliance.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable, ideally in an industrial or high-growth environment.\n\nSolid command of the full AP cycle, including invoice processing, matching, payment runs and supplier reconciliations.\n\nGood knowledge of French accounting rules and VAT, including intra-EU and import transactions.\n\nProficiency with an ERP or accounting system;
