# Deployment Lead - Software Platform UAE

About Us Harmattan AI is a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. Following the close of a $200M Series B, valuing the company at $1.4 billion, we are expanding our teams and capabilities to deliver mission-critical systems to allied forces. Our work is guided by clear values: building technologies with real-world impact, pursuing excellence in everything we do, setting ambitious goals, and taking on the hardest technical challenges. We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected. As a Forward Deployed Program Lead you will own Harmattan’s first partnership built on our data platform, from strategy to delivery. You will embed deeply with the customer organization to understand their operational needs, map and win over the key stakeholders, and turn that understanding into AI use cases that get built and used. You will coordinate a team of Forward Deployed Software Engineers, prioritize their work, and make sure what they ship meets the quality bar. You will also own the multi-year roadmap of the partnership. You are early enough to project to shape both the product and the organization around it. Res
