We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.\nAbout the Role\nAs ERP Architect, you are the internal authority on Odoo, the system that runs Harmattan AI's industrial operations, from purchasing and inventory to manufacturing, quality and accounting. You own the architecture, the roadmap and the technical leadership of the ERP, managing external partners and teams from day one, so the system keeps pace as production scales. You work hands-on every day, from the shop floor to the data model, alongside manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams within Corporate Tooling.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and own the target ERP architecture, module scope, customization rules and upgrade path.\n\nBuild and maintain the ERP roadmap, prioritizing initiatives with operations leads and leadership.\n\nDeploy manufacturing and MES capabilities on Odoo, covering manufacturing orders, shop floor, quality and production ramp-up.\n\nOwn ERP master data quality across items, BOMs and suppliers.\n\nIntegrate Odoo with PLM, CRM and finance flows so items, BOMs and sales orders move reliably.\n\nExtend Odoo accounting to every legal entity, in close collaboration with the finance team.\n\nRun the Odoo integrator and freelance developers: write specs, steer sprints, accept deliveries and keep spend under control.\n\nStay hands-on in Odoo configuration, data fixes and code, while ensuring performance and reliability as usage grows.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n6+ years of experience in ERP; Odoo experience is a strong plus.\n\nTrack record of owning an ERP end to end in an industrial company, or of leading Odoo projects at an integrator.\n\nSolid manufacturing and supply chain knowledge: MRP, BOMs, routings, quality and inventory.\n\nAbility to configure, fix and build yourself, from Odoo setup and data to code in Python.\n\nStrong technical leader and pragmatic owner, experienced in managing partners and teams and in making clear trade-offs.\n\nUnderstanding of what AI makes possible, and strong motivation to upgrade ERPs with it.\n\nEngineering degree appreciated, though proven professional experience matters more.\n\nFluency in English required;
