We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.\nAbout the Role\nAs Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement, material planning and supply readiness to support our production schedules as we scale. You will own the operating mechanisms that turn demand into executable material plans, including Clear to Build (CTB) analysis, MRP execution and purchase order management. Leading a team of Buyers and Material Planners, you will work closely with Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance and our suppliers to remove material constraints before they impact manufacturing.\nResponsibilities\nManage and develop a team of Buyers and Material Planners, setting priorities and giving them the tools and training to execute.\n\nOwn Clear to Build analysis and translate demand into executable material plans for production.\n\nIdentify material constraints before they impact production, and drive cross functional actions to resolution.\n\nImprove the quality of MRP inputs, including lead times, safety stocks, order policies, MOQ and planning parameters.\n\nHold suppliers accountable for delivery performance, and drive recovery plans when commitments are at risk.\n\nRepresent material readiness in production, S&OP, shortage and operational review meetings.\n\nMonitor and report key indicators on supplier performance, material availability and supply risks.\n\nResolve downstream issues with receiving, finance and accounting teams.\n\nMaintain procurement master data in the ERP system and build scalable processes as the company grows.\n\nCandidate Requirements\nEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline.\n\nExperience: 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment.\n\nProven Leadership: 2+ years managing or leading procurement, planning or materials teams.\n\nTechnical Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of MRP logic, BOM driven material planning, inventory management and production supply.\n\nMaterial Readiness: Demonstrated experience developing or operating Clear to Build processes in a manufacturing environment.\n\nScaling Experience: Experience supporting NPI, engineering changes and production ramps, and building scalable processes in a rapidly changing environment.\n\nAdaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment and embraces a “no task is too small” mentality.\n\nCommunication & Influence: Fluency in French
