This is a formal employment position under Brazil's CLT regime.\nThis role will be responsible for all-rounded day-to-day Human Resources support with a strong focus on managing employee’s lifecycle, recruitment, Compensation, HR services and employee’s engagement.\nYou will report to the VP of Human Resources.\nLocation\nWorking hybrid from our office in Porto Alegre\nWhat you will be doing:\nBe the point of contact for managers and employees & Contractors in LATAM, support employees' enquiries and escalate when necessary\nPartner with hiring managers to support hiring demands with full lifecycle of recruitment, with focus on technology industry\nManage the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, offboarding, compensation (working closely with payroll), with intent of creating a positive employee experience \nContinuous improvement and promotion of best practices for HR processes and procedures\nAd-hoc global/local tasks or projects assigned from time to time\nWhat you should have:\n3-5 years of experience as an HR professional in a high-tech global company, including end-to-end hiring, sourcing, managing employees’ lifecycle, welfare, and administrative support\nFluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and verbal)\nB.Sc. in Social Sciences, Human Resources or another related field\nStrong communication skills, with experience addressing employee needs directly, and the discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive matters\nUnderstanding of employment legal requirements and HR policies across LATAM\nHigh energy, motivation, self-drive, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams\nWillingness & flexibility to work according to global time zones, as required\nProficiency in MS Office.
