You will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our products meet market needs while maintaining technical excellence.\nCollaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and time-to-market\nWork closely with logistics, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into product solutions\nParticipate in product lifecycle management from concept to launch\nManage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution\nAlign product roadmap with market trends and customer needs\nAnalyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes and product performance\nWhat you should have:\nB.Sc. in Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Systems Engineering\n3-5 years of experience in Product Management \nStrong operations background - familiarity with procurement (with third-party suppliers) manufacturing, and logistics processes\nStrong technical expertise and system-level understanding in HW/SW products\nStrong data analysis skills to drive product decisions\nBusiness-minded and customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\nHands-on experience with NPI processes and scaling products from prototype to production\nSelf-motivation, excellent English skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team\nExperience with IP networks, telecommunications, fiber optics, or cable TV - advantage\nAt Harmonic, we believe that building and nurturing a global team with diverse backgrounds and voices is critical to our success.
